Kids have a blast at CrossFit! CFT Birthday parties include one hour of structured coach-led gym time, plus a half hour for cake and presents. The first 45 minutes of class will follow the same format as our CrossFit Kids classes, which includes a warm-up and stretch, an age-appropriate skill lesson, and a fun birthday WOD! After that we move to the party area for cake and presents, and we wrap the party up with 15 minutes of group games!
