We love adding new members to the CFT family! If you’re interested in becoming a member, here’s the process we recommend.
Step 1: Walkthrough and fitness consultation
Step one is to contact us and schedule a time to come by the gym for a walkthrough. We’ll show you around the gym, talk about your fitness history and what you're looking for, and answer any questions you have. Even if you’re still not convinced that CrossFit is the right fit for you, we welcome the chance to talk about your fitness goals and offer our recommendations.
Step 2: Schedule a free class
Step 3: Purchase a membership
We have several different membership options, including our New Member Special, and we also offer discounts for military, first responders, and additional family members. Memberships can be purchased online or in person at the gym. Click here to see our membership plans.
Step 4: Create a Wodify account
After you purchase a membership you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up an account with us on Wodify. Wodify is the app you'll use to reserve your spot in classes and preview the WOD’s (workout of the day) for the coming week.
Step 5: Let’s go!!!
After you reserve your spot in class, all that's left is to start walking through the front door. Our coaches take good care of our new members and will work with you during class to help you with scaling options and coach you on any movements that are new to you. This is one of the many things that sets CrossFit apart from traditional gyms… You will be coached at every class, every time. You can also expect a warm welcome from our members. All of us remember our first CrossFit class!
