CFT KIDS REGISTRATION FORM

Registration is currently open for our Winter 2024 session! Session dates are 1/18/24 - 3/7/24. Please refer to our CFT Kids page for further details.

There are three steps to registration. Please note that your child will NOT be added to the class roster until all three steps are complete! Space is limited so read carefully to guarantee your spot!

Step 1: Complete the online registration form below.

Step 2: Submit an online waiver for your child here: CFT Waiver

Step 3: Pay for the 8-week session here: CFT Kids Session Payment 

(When prompted to choose a start date, please enter today's date.)

Once all three steps are complete, you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your child’s spot in class!
